Meet Graeme Dubar

Graeme Dubar is a highly skilled BOINZ-accredited building surveyor dedicated to delivering thorough, independent building inspections. Since 2012, he has been the lead building surveyor for AA House Checks, conducting more than 5,000 building inspections across Christchurch and Canterbury.  Graeme holds a Trade Certificate in Carpentry and has completed specialized BOINZ qualifications, including:

BOINZ Level 1 – NZS 4306:2005 Residential Property Inspections

BOINZ Level 2 – Earthquake Damage Property Inspections

BOINZ TA013 E2 Weathertightness Course (2017)

His expertise extends to earthquake damage assessments, having worked as an estimator for the New Zealand Earthquake Commission (EQC) in 2011, providing in-depth evaluations of earthquake-affected properties.  With a meticulous approach and BOINZ-accredited certification (No: 30000301), Graeme ensures that every building inspection, pre-purchase report, pre-sales report and earthquake assessment is carried out with the highest level of accuracy, professionalism, and integrity.
